Amber Carlson-Hays worked as a senior learning and development specialist for a Fortune 500 company since 2009 and has been President of ARCHway Learning Solutions since 2017. Amber has developed virtual and instructor-led programs delivered to large companies with 80,000 associates and small businesses with 25 employees. Weaving the organization’s culture into the learning experience is a focus of Amber’s design style as well as making learning engaging, interactive and fun. Learning strategy and management, organizational development, motivation and coaching, and full-scale training program design are her areas of expertise.
Amber has a Bachelor of Arts & Science from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and is completing her Master of Organizational Development and Leadership with St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a designated Master Training Facilitator with the international Association of Talent Development with focuses in gamification and the ROI of learning. Amber lives in Orlando, FL and is often found at the beach with her husband and two young children.
