The All About Them – Senior Living Sales Mindset pillars are designed to alter the sales professional's perception of their role as facilitating the decision-making journey for the senior and their family. Classes consist of 3-4 professionals in a weekly coaching web-workshop for 60 or 90-minute directed practice sessions. These sessions are focused on enhancing communication and sales skills specifically when working with seniors and operating within the senior living community.
Each pillar workshop is 8-weeks of targeted skills practice, impactful mindset focus and measurable action items to apply in daily sales activities. Based on marketing, sales, behavioral, and developmental psychology, each pillar includes specific practices to drive results within the current community processes.
